A limited six-course tasting menu will be served, blending the vibrant flavours of London’s culinary scene with seasonal Nordic ingredients, perfectly paired with artisanal wines. The evening’s tasting menu consists of six courses with wine pairings carefully selected by The Winery Hotel’s head sommelier, John Sterner.
