Pierre Lurton Brings Yquem to the Table at Flore

On 12 June 2025, Restaurant Flore invites you to an evening unlike any other, dedicated to the legendary Château d’Yquem. This intimate dinner, limited to just 25 guests, brings together three exceptional talents: Pierre Lurton, President of Château d’Yquem and Cheval Blanc, who will be in Amsterdam for the very first time; Antonello Nicastri, our Wine Director and host of the evening; and Bas van Kranen, whose 6-course menu will be paired with starting from the youthful vibrance of the Château d’Yquem 2022 to the graceful depth of the Château d’Yquem 1984, each vintage will be paired with a bespoke dish that reveals its individual character. Guests will also enjoy the dry elegance of Y d’Yquem 2021 and Y d’Yquem 2017, along with the expressive Château d’Yquem 2011, the richly layered Château d’Yquem 2005, and the distinguished Château d’Yquem 1995. The evening promises to highlight the remarkable versatility of Château d'Yquem through a menu crafted with intention and elegance.
