Taubenkobel, founded by Walter and Eveline Eselböck, now run by Alain Weissgerber and Barbara Eselböck-Weissgerberm is without any doubt a modern restaurant legend. There is a certain feeling of being on holiday in Provence in France once you enter. The food as well as the ambience are a concentration of good taste and a sense of harmony.

Twenty years ago, Taubenkobel was one of the first restaurants in Austria to offer orange and natural wines. Here you can enjoy wines from Barbara Eselböcks sister Stefanie and her husband Eduard Tscheppe (Gut Oggau) as well as the best of Burgundy and Bordeaux.
