Located inside the award-winning Tampa Edition hotel on posh Channelside Drive, Lilac is a lush, clean, and inviting splurge destination. The Michelin Guide arrived in Tampa in 2023, and all eyes were on Lilac to earn one of Tampa’s first stars.
They didn’t disappoint, and chef John Fraser’s tasting menu cuisine is equally matched by a substantial wine selection covering the classics from the Old and New World, with a special emphasis on Champagne and sparkling.
