A 20-year wine industry veteran, Zach is a sommelier with two-Michelin-star experience and credentials including the WSET Diploma in Wines, plus the titles of Certified Wine Educator for the Society of Educators and French Wine Scholar/Certified Educator from the Wine Scholar Guild. In 2020 he founded Prologue Wine Co., an online wine shop, which he sold in 2023. He is the Co-Founder of Volta Wine & Provisions, a bottle shop and specialty grocer coming to St. Petersburg in 2025.
