Notably, approximately 14% of the collection comprises vintage wines dating back to the 1970s, including some particularly rare vintages, which guests can either sample in the hotel’s cellar or purchase to enjoy later (the hotel holds licenses allowing for consumption both on and off the premises). Groups will appreciate the extensive range of large-format bottles, from 1.5-litre magnums to 27-litre “Goliaths.”
