Under the name “Exquis,” the Zilte family invites international Michelin-starred chefs at various times throughout the year for a unique and unforgettable collaboration. The harmony between different cooking styles and the energetic atmosphere in the kitchen converge to create a unique and exclusive menu. This event will be a collaboration between Chef Dominique Crenn, Chef Viki Geunes and winemaker Anaurd Ente.
As the co-owner and chef of Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Dominique Crenn has earned three Michelin stars. She is known for her innovative approach to classic French cuisine, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. Her menus are a homage to the sea and nature, inspired by her childhood in Brittany. This personal touch, combined with her culinary expertise, has earned her international recognition. Beyond Atelier Crenn, she has expanded her culinary empire with Bar Crenn. Crenn is an advocate for sustainability and equality in the culinary world.
Our sommelier, Aaron Moeraert, is thrilled to announce his personal collaboration with Arnaud Ente of Domaine Arnaud Ente in Meursault, one of the leading references in the Bourgogne region. Arnaud Ente himself will be present during the event, offering a unique opportunity to meet the winemaker and learn about the selected wines. These wines, served alongside our Exquis menu, reflect the estate’s unique style: a blend of tradition and modern techniques.
