    Geoffrey Adam worked for the restaurant as a sommelier for more than ten years before taking over recently. He has changed the name to Tablàvins, placing even more emphasis on wine, as it suggests. The restaurant is located in a side street of the seawall in Knokke, a beautiful town on the Belgian coast. All his experience results in a beautiful wine list with a lot of gems on it. In addition to wines from Burgundy and Italy, Geoffrey is also a big fan of regions such as the Loire, Rhone and Jura.
