Evening with winemaker – Pavel Springer

On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 19:00, we will be delighted to welcome Mr. Pavel Springer from Springer Winery! Wines from his family winery will be paired with a tasting menu created by our head chef Sváťa Hemmer and his team. Pavel Springer continues the long-standing Springer family tradition and produces authentic, top-quality wines in Bořetice in the Velkopavlovice wine region. The production is small-scale and artisanal. Pavel puts his heart into every wine, and it is a great joy that both of his sons are already involved in the winemaking, which they truly enjoy. Mr. Springer has long been producing outstanding wines that you may already know from our wine list. On this special evening, however, he will present them personally and will be happy to share stories about his winery and the lifelong work of his family. This event is made possible thanks to our cooperation with Jiří Markuzzi and his company Víno Markuzzi, the distributor of Springer Winery.
