Ristorante Arnolfo

This two-star Michelin restaurant is run by two brothers, Arnolfo and Giovanni Trovato. Since 2022 the restaurant has moved to a new location. The design is modern and impressive, with large windows, golden colours, and an open kitchen – but here, you can still feel the humble generosity of the family through genuine flavours and service.

The Trovato family worked as farmers in the Sicilian countryside. Unfortunately, Concetta Giannì, married to Trovato, became a widow at 38. In 1965, she moved with her six children to Colle di Val d'Elsa. In 1978, after learning the teachings of Tuscan cuisine, Concetta opened a restaurant with the push of her daughters, expressing her love for the most natural and healthy productions with her dishes.

Her two sons then took over, and the rest is history. The wine list is long and interesting, classic but with interesting options for the curious drinker, with over 600 labels and a beautiful selection of mostly Italian, French and German wines.
