Remedy Wine & Spirits

Remedy Wine & Spirits offers a refined retreat for enthusiasts of fine beverages. Established in 2024 by three friends – Alessandro Michelon, Michele Bernardi, and Amedeo Pagano – this venue embodies their shared passion for exceptional wines and spirits.

Remedy boasts an impressive cellar housing approximately 18,000 bottles across 6,000 labels. The selection emphasises esteemed wine regions, particularly Burgundy, Champagne, and Bordeaux. Each wine is thoughtfully presented in appropriate glassware to highlight its unique characteristics. With a collection of over 2,000 spirits, Remedy is also a place where spirits are really loved. The bar area provides an inviting atmosphere for guests to explore premium gins, vodkas, whiskies, and more.

Complementing the beverage offerings, the menu features artisanal cold dishes, fresh seafood and oysters. These dishes are crafted to enhance the tasting experience, ensuring harmony between food and drink.
