Kitu Champanheria offers Peruvian-influenced dishes where the heat is prominent but not overpowering. The room is cosy and harmonious, featuring marble tables and the highest-quality cutlery.

Since the owner is a sommelier – and one of the best in the business nowadays – wines are served at the perfect temperature. The list isn’t big, but pretty compact, with a very international insight. It includes lots of grower Champagnes, which pair perfectly with the food.

Winemakers and oenologists are often hosted at events where they come and speak about their wines, winemaking and various projects, alongside well-considered dishes. It all creates a very cosmopolitan vibe.
