Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

Considered a staple in the off-Strip city of Henderson, Hank's Fine Steaks and Martinis is and continues to be one of the iconic steakhouses in Las Vegas. Catering to locals and those who see the value in a dollar, this white tablecloth restaurant is a cut above. The service here is polished yet friendly and the vibe is very much ‘everyday luxury.’

Many guests start their meal at the large central bar for one of their signature martinis, before heading in to the dining room for USDA Prime steaks. Besides these, Hank's is the only restaurant in Henderson to serve officially certified A5 Kobe Wagyu beef. Half-priced appetisers start at 3:30pm in the bar, plus live music, both invite a weekday jaunt over to the bar for a snack and a great bottle of wine. The interior is well appointed with classic ‘casino’ carpeting and beautiful chandeliers, along with bright marble.

Hundreds of selections amassed over dozens of years lead to a treasure trove for those who like to hunt. While the by-the-glass selection is very comfortable for every drinker, featuring classics like Sancerre, California Chardonnay, multiple Pinot Noir options and, of course plenty of Cabernet Sauvignon and blends, the bottle list is where to go.

A plethora of half bottles and large formats as well as selections of 750ml at every price point – this list has something for everyone. They focus, of course, on California Cabernet for the largest portion of the list, to go along with the steaks. Other highlights which can be found tend to be the likes of 20-year-old German Riesling, mature Rioja, and a great selection of Burgundy, all well below current market price.
