This is one of those wonderful wine bar lists that makes drinkers feel comfortable. Incorporating affordably-priced boutique wines, benchmark regions and prestige wineries, the overarching focus is clearly on biodynamic and organic-leaning listings.
While their food offering is quite limited, the wine selection and the service from co-founders Romain and Sacha are both, by far, some of the best in Bordeaux. For wine novices, they also offer wine tasting courses in French and English.
Top tip: every Wednesday evening and Saturday lunch, you can get €1 oysters!
