Best Long List of the Year Denmark, presented by DAOU 2023
Geranium is the only three-star Michelin restaurant in Denmark and with Chef Rasmus Kofoed in the kitchen, you are set for an experience. Rasmus Kofoed is the only chef in the world who has received bronze, silver and gold at Bocuse D’Or. The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen.

Digestif List of the Year Denmark, presented by Juuls 2023
Alchemist first opened at Østerbro in Copenhagen, in a spot with very limited capacity. Hereafter Rasmus Munk and the team got the chance to extend Alchemist, so they moved to Refshaleøen and a much bigger space. Here you will be dining under a dome which changes as long as the evening moves along. The dining experience will take you through 50 different servings, and Alchemist shortly after re-opening awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide

Kong Hans Kælder was the first restaurant in Copenhagen to receive a Michelin star back in 1983 and it has kept its standards ever since. This small, basement restaurant on a small side street from Kongens Nytorv has been one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city for more than 30 years. Kong Hans Kælder specializes in French cuisine with a Nordic twist. Kong Hans Kælder has been rewarded with a star by Guide Michelin.

The restaurant is named after the legendary producer of Grappa, and the connection to the Italian kitchen is easy to notice, but there is a twist. The Italian kitchen has a Japanese takeover. The flavours are well balanced; you can, for example, have Spaghettoni with Red Mazara Prawn and Shoyu or Black Angus with Broccolini with Yakiniku. Best Long List of the Year Denmark, presented by DAOU 2023
Syttende has recently opened at the Alsik hotel in the most southern part of Denmark. The restaurant is located on the 17th floor overviewing pretty much the entire region. The restaurant is driven by the well known chef Jesper Koch, which was given the chance to form the restaurant how he would like it.
