Hotel Elephant Weimar is a luxury hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. It includes the restaurant AnnA in a place which was popular with various German artists and musicians including Franz Liszt, Richard Wagner and Friedrich Schiller, among others. The interiors of the AnnA restaurant have a 1920’s/30’s vibe, and come with a stylish ambience. Here you can enjoy uncomplicated cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Wallner creatively combines exquisite products from Thuringian producers with international influences - because Thüringia can do more than bratwurst and dumplings.
Anna-Maria, who is responsible for the selection, offers both specialities from the Saale-Unstrut and Sachsen regions – the two local regions around Weimar. A large section of the wine list is focused on German wines, which allows the guests to enjoy a liquid trip around Germany.
