4 wine places in Cape Town to pair your wine with a view
Cape Town is pretty scenic as a whole; we have Table Mountain hugging the city and sunsets in the Atlantic sea, so to talk about views it must admittedly be pretty spectacular. The selection below is the highlights.

Address: 5th Floor, Speakers Corner, 37 Parliament Street, Cape Town
The venue itself is sort of hard to find the first time and after a short escalator ride to the fifth floor you all of a sudden realise the view the birds have in the inner city. This is a spot to enjoy the view of lights at night.

Address: Bantry Bay, Cape Town
Cape Town has everything; the ocean and the mountain, but also...the wind! The so-called Cape Doctor, or the South-Easter, can pound the city hard at times. This is however seldom a problem on the spot where Ellerman House is located, at the slopes of Lions Head, with a picture-perfect view of the sun setting in the Atlantic sea.

Address: Silvermist Wine Estate, Main Road, Constantia Nek, Cape Town
La Colombe is situated almost at the top of Table Mountain, but the view is not that of vast distances but rather that of a close proximity forest. It is a special place indeed.

Address: The Silo, The Old Biscuit Mill, 6, 373-375 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town
The restaurant lies on top of an old silo in the trendy Woodstock district without any high buildings close by, resulting in a fabulous view at night with a lit up Table Mountain (when there is no load shedding, that is) and the lights of the working harbour in the direction of the sea, with the whole city in between. Pretty special.
