Address: 92 Bree Street, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town
Chefs Warehouse Canteen & Wine Bar is a casual eatery that serves tapas dishes to share in a set menu. No bookings allowed, you just drop in and hope for the best. If the place is full, as it often is, you can simply park yourself in the small wine bar and enjoy a glass of wine or two whilst waiting for a table to open up. The venue is centrally located on Bree Street and forms part of Heritage Square, a building block that is home to the oldest, fruit-bearing and wine-producing vine in South Africa, planted around the 1770’s.

Address: 72 Wale Street, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town
Openwine is a morph between a wine bar and a tasting room centrally located in Cape Town on Wale Street, about a corks' throw from the buzzle and energy of Bree Street. The spot is personified by its owners, a French and Italian couple (charismatic overload) that emigrated to the Cape and now forms an established part of the local wine fauna. The venue is comfortable and simple with several small private rooms and seating areas.

Address: 11D Kloof Nek Road, Gardens, Cape Town
Publik Wine Bar is located on a busy corner of the famous Kloof Nek Road leading up towards Table Mountain. It’s a small and trendy hole-in-the-wall wine bar with a raw and rustic interior that still feels warm and inviting with wax candles scattered over wooden tables. Most of the seating is at the bar counter and the environment tends to get crowded and naturally lend itself towards socialising and late nights.
