Here's some frequently asked questions around our awards and the application process.

If the registrations are open for the awards in your region, you should see it here. Please follow the registration link on the event page.

No, all venues that wish to enter any of our awards must complete the registration for this award. We do not auto include venues.

Maybe you just forgot it, or the system says "The email has already been taken"? How to find out your password? On the login page, simply select "Forgot my password", enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

If the restaurant/wine bar is already listed by us or is in our system, it might be that we haven't yet connected you with it. Please email wine@starwinelist.com from your email (preferrably your work email), explain your position and what venue you wish to be connected to. We will check it and email you when your access is granted.

If the restaurant/wine bar is already listed by us or is in our system - see above and email us to be connected. After the connection is granted, you can register the second venue.
If this venue is not in our system at all, we need to know a bit about the venue, then you can fulfil the registration.

- Lastly, you go back to the registration page again, select the venue, enter the categories etc and complete the registration.

Yes. If your venue is already listed by us, it will show on your profile page. If you are not yet listed, we reserve the rights to publish your place including hte wine list on our platform. This is however not guaranteed.
