Located in the old town of Rinteln, half way between Bielefeld and Hannover, and a short walk from the Weser River, Hotel Stadt Kassel has a long and rich history. It all began in the middle of the 18th century with a small guest house for travelers, in the half-timbered house where the restaurant is still located today. With the passage of time, the cuisine has developed from “good home-style” to a lighter, fresher cuisine where seasonal dishes play the main role.
