Best Rosé Wine List France, presented by Château Galoupet 2026
This Michelin starred restaurant wants to demonstrate that there can be a direct link between wine selection and food sensitivity in terms of naturality. The rich wine list showcases a large array of styles, origins and ages, but all driven by purity, low-intervention winemaking, and small growers, drawing an obvious line between glass and plate.

International Best Long List of the Year, presented by Château Galoupet 2025
La Table d'Olivier Nasti is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Kaysersberg’s Le Chambard hotel. Run by chef and owner Olivier Nasti for over 20 years, its high-level cuisine is deeply rooted in the region, displaying the technical mastery of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF). For a few hours, you'll be in a different world, a better one....

Situated in the trendy 11th arrondissement of Paris, Pétard is a welcome addition to the city's wine bar scene. It was opened by two sommeliers who became friends: Louis worked for five years at the luxury hotel Plaza Athénée, while Paul developed his skills at Four Seasons George V Hotel. The wine list and the ambience are open-minded, focusing on Italian and German regions, as well as French classics. They also serve a decent selection of tapas that use locally sourced ingredients.
