Savoy wins gold medal for best Austrian Wine List 2020 in Finland
Savoy in Helsinki won the gold medal for best Austrian Wine List during Star Wine List of the Year Finland 2020. The category was presented by Austrian Wine.
”Savoy’s list has some of the most important producers from Wachau, Kamptal, Wagram, between others. Not only whites but also you will find great references for red wines as well,” says jury member and Argentinian top sommelier Paz Levinson, who has won the Best Sommelier of Argentina and Americas.
Savoy also won the prestigious Grand Prix category for best wine list overall, as well as German Wine List.
The other finalists in the Austrian Wine List category were: Hotel Kämp, Muru and Palace.
In addition to the honour and diplomas, winners of several categories will be invited to the Global Final of Star Wine List of the Year in Vienna, May 28 2021 – where the best wine lists in the world will be crowned.
The winners of the category Best Austrian Wine List in each country will also get an all-inclusive trip to Vienna for the Global Final and VieVinum in May 2021.
