Polonius wants to create a monster

Sören Polonius, Head Sommelier at Esperanto, has coached Arvid Rosengren to win the sommelier world championship. His next idea? To create a monster.

Polonius, who leads the Swedish sommelier national team, is thinking about the next step.
”I have been thinking about bringing on a new talent. Both Arvid and Robert Andersson have been competing for a while. It would have been fun to build a monster, a real dangerous sommelier from the ground up, like the Chinese or Russian way with gymnasts, haha.”
