Be Spirits: mixology's cutting edge at Wine Paris 2025

Partner story with Wine Paris.
Taking place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 10-12 February, Wine Paris 2025 is the sixth edition of a trade fair that has become a firm favourite amongst drinks professionals around the world. This is a gathering not to be missed, where over 5,000 producers from 53 producing countries will be represented across six exhibition halls, with masterclasses, meeting sessions and more to boot.
The Be Spirits area will host over 300 producers from countries including, for the first time, Australia, China, Denmark, Hong Kong, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Mexico and South Korea. Since its inception in 2020, the variety and expertise of Be Spirits exhibitors, from one exhibition to the next, has attracted a passionate trade audience, drawn to the exciting atmosphere. This year, the event will be located at the entrance to Wine Paris (Hall 5.2). With something for everyone, this section offers a glimpse at the future of mixology.

The key spaces of this year's Be Spirits include:
A dedicated ‘no-low’ area
An increasingly popular section, exhibitors in this category have doubled since 2024. Meet the cutting edge of the no- and low-alcohol industry to see where it’s heading next, with producers including Moderato, Neobulles, Pierre Chavin, JNPR and Sober Spirits.
The ready-to-drink category, also a growing favourite, will be represented here by hard seltzers, alcohol-free cocktails, 0.0% spirits and premium cocktails.
The Infinite Bar
A 40-metre cocktail bar featuring 20 different bars within it, Paris’ top mixologists will be whipping up a storm using many of the fair’s featured products.
The Speakeasy Room
Practical sessions including masterclasses, roundtables and conferences bring guests and industry experts together. Don’t miss the ‘Battle of the Mixologists’ or the workshops illuminating shochu (with the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association), baiju (with Moutai) and agave.
The Craft Pavilion
Meet the most exciting new producers in the Craft Pavilion. This is the party zone, full of innovation and creativity, where you can be sure to come across something you've never experienced before. Two zones will represent spirits on the one hand (with 18 producers confirmed so far) and ‘no-low’ brands including beers and ciders (13 exhibitors to-date).
