The International Open 2026 – Bronze Stars
The Star Wine List of the Year International Open celebrates the top wine lists of the world. This year, we’ve introduced a new classification: Bronze Stars. These are judges’ commendations, separate to our Gold and Silver Star awards. See who’s been selected in the categories of Best Long, Medium-Sized and Short Lists.
Our wine list competition is stopping in 14 locations across the world during our 2025/’26 season. The International Open covers all territories we are not visiting in person, with wine lists assessed by an esteemed panel of judges. Gold and Silver Stars have been awarded in 10 categories to restaurants and bars in five continental groups.
The quality of this competition gets higher every year and so we have introduced a new commendation for those venues who have not made this year’s official shortlist – meet our Bronze Stars in the three core categories of Best Long List, Best Medium-Sized List and Best Short List.
