About The River Cafe
The River Café is one of London’s most iconic Italian restaurants.
Located in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough, right by the River Thames, it has an open plan dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a lovely outdoor terrace, and a pink pizza oven! The ambience is relaxed.
The food is focused on very high-quality ingredients and simplicity; there are lots of seasonal options, but many dishes which stay on the menu all year as well.
And while The River Café is a restaurant, there is now also an actual café next door serving lighter food, pastries for breakfast, aperitifs and so on.
The wine list is almost exclusively Italian – divided regionally – but does also have a small Champagne selection.
