About Sinasera 24
Sinasera 24 is the most dreamlike destination in Taiwan to enjoy a formal French dining experience. The restaurant is located in the beautiful countryside of Taiwan, in Changbin Township, Taitung County. It takes around 5 hours by train and taxi to get to the restaurant from Taipei, but it is truly worth it. The chef, Nick Yang, previously worked at one of the most famous three-star Michelin restaurants in France, Le Petit Nice by Gérald Passédat.
I also recommend that you stay a night in the tasteful hotel, where you can enjoy the peace & silence of the ocean views and the beautiful landscape. You won’t be disappointed!
About the Sinasera 24 Wine List
The wine list is focusing on French wines, particularly from Burgundy, Champagne, Bordeaux and Alsace. Apart from the well-known producers, you will also find plenty of vintages from smaller family-owned wineries such as Jean Foillard, Lecheneaut and Vincent Dauvissat.
If the occasion calls for a special celebration, the restaurant also offers some beautiful premier cru wines like Latour, Margaux or Cheval Blanc for a reasonable price.
