About SALT Restaurant
Restaurant Salt is a high-end restaurant within the Admiral Hotel, complete with open kitchen which accounts for the pleasant sizzling from the cooking. The acoustics of the room are well-balanced, and the place has a definite Danish feel, with designer furniture - and Danish Royal Copenhagen plates. There's always a sommelier available to help with the selection of wines and they provide sommelier room service for hotel guests. A classic selection of wines are available by the glass as well as some Coravins. Francophiles are in for a treat as over half the list is from France, with the remainder mainly European wines. Germany is well represented, as well as Italy and Spain and there are even some local Danish wines. The restaurant uses a small leaf to denote any wine which gives a different vibe to classics from its region, helping to make it easier for guests to understand the wines. As a side treat, they work with their petit four and digestif as a pairing.
