About Saint-Amour
This 40-years-old venue got numerous prizes and is without a doubt one of the province’s best gastronomic restaurants. Owner and star chef from France, Jean-Luc Boulay, is the leader in the boreal cuisine movement.
Saint-Amour is a white-cloth type of restaurant with a beautiful art-déco room that offers a terroir, classical and French-inspired cuisine with some nice creative touches.
About the Saint-Amour Wine List
The cellar contains more than 12,000 bottles, among which are some verticals of great Bordeaux classics and Super Tuscans. The wine list is also classical and not very adventurous. Still, one can see that sommelier Stuart Hadley knows wine well, and that also applies to the few nature wines on the list (like Ganevat, Belluard, Dutraive, Envinate.)
