Restaurant Mota

Restaurant Mota is placed in the lovely area of Odsherred, on the outskirts of Sjælland, where you have great nature nearby and can easily enjoy a walk before dinner. The restaurant is designed around local craftsmanship and the interior woodwork, chairs and tables are a thing of real beauty. Food comes in the form of a delightful set menu, with multiple courses, including ingredients harvested in Odsherred, according to the season and availability.

The menu's pairing options also include some local roots, with Danish wines represented when it's possible as well as interesting non-wine matches such as cider, beer, kombucha, cocktails and more. The wine list consists of a large selection of French wines with a focus on the classic areas – Burgundy is the major player here. There is a small selection of other European wines and, once again, a rather large selection of wines from Denmark.
