In the heart of the prestigious Mandarin Oriental hotel in Barcelona, located on the iconic Passeig de Gràcia – the city's most celebrated avenue – lies Moments.
Born from the creative brilliance of Raül Balam, son of the renowned chef Carme Ruscalleda, Moments offers a carefully curated tasting menu experience. The structure of its menu is entirely designed to provide unparalleled enjoyment, focusing exclusively on tasting menus without offering à la carte options.
The wine selection is overseen by Cristian Sánchez, whose expertise stems from his experience as a sommelier assistant at the Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social in London.
At Moments, only tasting menus are served, providing a gastronomic journey of the highest prestige, elegance, and luxury.
Guests can choose from three types of wine pairings, a popular option preferred by 50% of diners. The wine list features Catalan and Spanish wines, which are the most requested, but also some international options. In total, the restaurant offers around 40 wines by the glass and an extensive collection of approximately 700 references.
