Młoda Polska Wine List
About Młoda Polska
Młoda Polska is a bistro that reflects our longing for the food of our family homes, for attention to detail and quality ingredients, and for the absence of hurry at the table.
It serves classic Polish dishes like herring, beetroot soup, and pork schnitzel – “schabowy” – but also offers many Polish creations interpreted in ways we don't usually encounter. Everything is executed at a high level under the guidance of owner and renowned chef, Beata Śniechowska, who has been recognised by The Best Chef awards with One Knife.
At Młoda Polska, ingredients are key and come from trusted suppliers – local butchers, farmers and breeders. There’s a freshness and lightness in the dishes that is harder to find in places offering a similar style.
About the Młoda Polska Wine List
The wine list features selections from several excellent importers. It features modern wines, mostly from organic and biodynamic producers, though smoothly navigates between classic and natural styles. The focus is primarily on Europe, with wines from Champagne growers, the new Italian and Spanish waves, newcomers from Burgundy, the mineral-rich Loire Valley, biodynamic Alsace, and Mosel. There are also Hungarian and Slovenian wines available.
You can also order cocktails and, for the traditional touch, there’s a wide range of vodkas and herbal liqueurs to pair with the Polish cuisine. The full beverage selection is extensive.
