At restaurant MeMu, you can enjoy a gourmet dinner in an intimate setting. The restaurant is located in a basement space at the shopping street of Vejle, which gives the vibe of a classic wine cellar at a winery. The restaurant holds one star in the Michelin guide for its Danish gourmet cuisine.
About the Me|Mu Wine List
The wine program is run by Mette Derdau, and the list focuses on wines from the old world, mixed up with some of the “new classics” from the new world. The wine list has a good balance between the traditional and conventional producers and the more modern newcomers.
