About Maison Nouvelle
Maison Nouvelle opened in December 2021, in the Chartrons district of Bordeaux, north of the historical centre. It is a two-Michelin-star restaurant by chef and television personality Philippe Etchebest housed in a former wood maker's studio, featuring a glass floor overlooking the cellar at the entrance.
