Veuve Clicquot Asia’s ‘Best Female Chef’ 2014, Lanshu Chen, consults on the menu, bringing her unique aesthetic together with space designer Lillian Wu to bring Taipei’s restaurant cityscape closer to the world. Chef Pili Chiang, alongside Chen, reinvents French classics, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience and sharing the essence of French cuisine with a wider audience.
