La Winstub du Chambard

The Winstub is a traditional Alsatian brasserie, within La Chambard hotel – a must-visit for visitors to Kaysersberg, along with neighbouring winemakers.

Alsatian specialties are executed by the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) chef, the seasonally-changing options all using the same high-quality ingredients as the Michelin-starred restaurant next door.

As the name “Winstub” would imply, wine takes centre stage here. The wine list is modern and easy to navigate, organised by grape variety. It features both established and up-and-coming winemakers of Alsace, with a focus on underappreciated varieties like Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, and Chasselas. Beyond the local region, the broader selection takes guests across French and European vineyards, with a notable natural wine selection.
