Klinker

The restaurant Klinker is located in Hoheluft close to the famous Ise market. Klinker is the name of the red bricks from which houses in Hamburg are traditionally built. The restaurant is famous for its sustainability. Nose to tail, Demeter vegetables from the farm of the owner and local produce are the key elements of the seasonal menu.

The wine list is focused on natural and organic wines. The list holds a very nice selection of wines from Eastern Europe, as well as a strong selection of Germany and Austria.
