Located in Skien a few hours drive south of Oslo, Jacob & Gabriel is well known to the locals as the fine dining restaurant of the area. The dining room balances the art of casual luxury, is spacious, yet intimate. The menu focuses on local and in season produce, and takes inspiration both from the French and Nordic kitchen. Choose between set menus, a la carte or have a bar snack and enjoy a good bottle from their wide selection of bottles.

Over the years the cellar has grown and now the wine menu has a broad selection of fine wine, centred around France, although not limited to this category of wine. Certain elements of natural wines also exist, and if you look carefully, there are also interesting vintage opportunities. Summertime you can enjoy the restaurant’s cosy terrace.
