Haku is a restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, for the Japanese kaiseki-ryōri haute-cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. The wood slat and grey stone interior elements give the small restaurant a cozy yet classy ambience. The heart of the restaurant is a lovely bar counter where guests can closely watch the chef and the sommelier’s choreographed service. The restaurant only serves a set menu.
The wine list shows a strong emphasis on lesser known and small production wines of great quality. Here you may expect one of the best and most creative wine pairing experiences in town.
