This is where Bea Casella, originally from Torino, shines. Initially trained as a pastry chef, she has also worked as a cook but now oversees the wine program from the dining room. The wine list currently boasts 280 references, with plans to expand in the future. Every day, there are eight different types of wines available by the glass. The selection features primarily low- intervention wines, including some natural options as well as conventional labels, ensuring something for every palate.

In the kitchen, Bea's partner, the talented Iván García, leads the way as a fabulous chef. Together, this dynamic duo has garnered numerous awards, with their restaurant consistently being recognised as a revelation in the culinary scene.

Adding to its charm, Glug offers a jukebox, allowing guests to choose their own music and create a personalised ambiance.
