The wine list (around 75-strong) focusses exclusively on natural wines made with minimal intervention. Many are organic or biodynamic, and the selection ranges from classic examples from around the world to intriguing and rare skin contact wines, which add an extra dimension. The list changes frequently, ensuring that guests always have something new and interesting to try with each visit.
