About Dorian
Dorian describes itself as “a bistro for locals.” Situated in Notting Hill, it is the latest venture by Chris D’Sylva, the man behind the hugely successful Notting Hill Fish Shop and the Supermarket of Dreams.
The menu is centred on great quality ingredients and overall simplicity (especially the high calibre fish, shellfish, and meat) while the space encompasses a small main dining room and open plan kitchen with seats up at the counter. The atmosphere is informal, lively and busy, and Dorian received its first Michelin star in 2024.
The medium-sized wine list focuses on classic fine wine regions like Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Tuscany and Piedmont, with some blockbuster labels and a constantly-changing by-the-glass offering.
