Just before Christmas 2023, The Phoenicia Hotel Malta unveiled an exciting transformation of its iconic terrace, transforming it into a lush conservatory that feels like a botanically-themed paradise, ready to be enjoyed throughout the year, regardless of the weather. One of my favourite parts is their unique tableside theatre. Picture a tableside trolley service that not only serves your meal but also crafts cocktails and prepares special desserts right before your eyes, including Contessa's signature tiramisu. It's dining with a touch of magic!
