Aussie BBQ restaurant Burnt Ends has one Michelin star and is one of the most difficult restaurants in Singapore to get a table at. Chef/owner Dave Pynt has successfully introduced this simple, straightforward yet outrageously good cuisine to Singapore.
About the Burnt Ends Wine List
Probably the only Australia-focused wine list in Singapore. With the exception of the Champagne selection, this 150 label list is the epitome of how diverse the Australian wine scene is right now; all styles, all varietals, all colours, young and aged.
Since (almost) everything on the list is from Australia, the list is laid out in a way that depicts styles instead of the traditional country, region, grape format. In my opinion, this list is education about history, evolution and revolution
