1) This is the right place for some of the best brasserie cuisine outside of Paris (including a strong candidate for Denver’s best burger).
2) The wine selection, as evidenced by their wall of empties, is going to be nothing short of incredible. Truly, any wine lover will recognise every single label adoring the windowsills and shelves of the restaurant. Some of the best of the best have clearly been opened and consumed here.
The thoughtful and beautifully-curated selection in print on their menu is a perfect representation of the multitude of grapes and styles one would expect and hope for to accompany brasserie cuisine. Prices are reasonable, even on the lower side, which is a purposeful nod to the wine-loving public. If you’re looking to level up your experience, be sure to ask for their captain’s list so you can enjoy a unicorn wine and add the empty to their wall of fame. This might just be Denver’s best date night spot for wine lovers.
