About Bord
It was a loss for Stockholm that Agrikultur recently closed its doors for good. It's all the more fun that Bord took over the premises to start a business of the same high calibre. Bord offers what they call "bistronomy" – ingredients and flavours you find at a fine dining restaurant but served in a more relaxed, neighbourhood-style environment.
Joel Aronsson, who previously worked at (now closed) two-star Fäviken in Jämtland and Ett Hem in Stockholm, leads the work in the kitchen and serves well-executed dishes with personal twists. The menu is tight and changes regularly, depending on the season and what ingredients they get their hands on. The old pizza oven is used frequently and contributes to a cosy vibe and characterful flavours.
The wine list focuses on France, with some detours to Italy, Germany and other regions. The selection has great width with everything from well-aged Bordeaux to lesser-known up-and-comers. As with the food, the wine list is changed and updated continuously.
Make sure to book your table well in advance.

One of the most exciting restaurants in Sweden. A dynamic lists of wines to compliment the exceptional cooking, said the jury’s Rajat Parr about the Grand Prix gold in 2024.

It is a list where I would literally want to drink every single reference, and in a good drinking window. No matter what guest would step in, they would be able to serve their preferences. And without leaving a single thing to chance. A list curated evidently with a massive amount of knowledge and experience behind it. Well done, said jury member Nina Højgaard Jensen when Bord won Best Short List 2024.
