    Alchemist first opened at Østerbro in Copenhagen, in a spot with very limited capacity. Hereafter Rasmus Munk and the team got the chance to extend Alchemist, so they moved to Refshaleøen and a much bigger space. This small, basement restaurant on a small side street from Kongens Nytorv has been one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city for more than 30 years. Kong Hans Kælder specializes in French cuisine with a Nordic twist. Kong Hans Kælder has been rewarded with a star by Guide Michelin.
