Admiralgade 26 is a restaurant by Christian Nedergaard and Sebastian Nellemann, who also run an amazing wine bar in Copenhagen – Ved Stranden 10. In fact, the two places are located just around the corner from each other. At Admiralgade 26, the wine is accompanied by a cuisine that is low-key but with an edge.

Geranium is the only three-star Michelin restaurant in Denmark and with Chef Rasmus Kofoed in the kitchen, you are set for an experience. Rasmus Kofoed is the only chef in the world who has received bronze, silver and gold at Bocuse D’Or. The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen.

Austrian Wine List of the Year Denmark, presented by Austrian wine 2022
In the outskirts of Copenhagen you find the gourmet restaurant Jordnær (close to earth). The restaurant has a very strong reputation both for the food, as well as the service and wines. Jordnær is run by married couple Tina Kragh and Eric Vildgaard, running floor and kitchen respectively. Tina and her team has been awarded with the fine service award by Michelin, and Eric granted 2 stars in the same year. The restaurant offers a warm service and one selected set menu.

German Wine List of the Year Denmark, presented by Wines of Germany 2022
Syttende has recently opened at the Alsik hotel in the most southern part of Denmark. The restaurant is located on the 17th floor overviewing pretty much the entire region. The restaurant is driven by the well known chef Jesper Koch, which was given the chance to form the restaurant how he would like it.
