The Stockholm Michelin stars’ wine lists
One of the reasons we started Star Wine List was because we love to read wine lists before going out. This is especially true of the top restaurants where you want to spend the first part of dinner enjoying the amuses bouches, talking to the sommelier and the others at the table instead of plowing a massive wine list. We’re happy to present the wine lists for several Stockholm Michelin Star restaurants below.

The sister restaurant Speceriet serves simpler dishes at the highest level and has 10 wines on its list that changes daily. Guests at Speceriet can also order wines from Gastrologik’s main wine list.

One of Sweden’s best restaurants is hidden behind a furniture store in a Stockholm suburb and that is perhaps why it took Michelin a few years to award it a star. If you can find it, you’re rewarded with a very original and sometimes spicy cuisine with influences ranging from Japan to North Africa. To the set menu you can drink a wine pairing or browse the Aloê wine list where France leads the numbers before the US and Italy.

The wood-fired oven is like a warm heart in the cosy little restaurant on Roslagsgatan. Magical dishes are brought from it by chefs Filip Fastén and Joel Åhlin. The wine list covers more than wines with a nice balance between France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
