Rasmus Poll

Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, Rasmus Poll has worked in pretty much every type of wine establishment from wine bars, cafes, high-volume restaurants and Michelin-starred restaurants. After finishing hospitality studies in London, he came to Thailand to manage F&B departments for a luxury hotel chain but has since switched industry and is currently managing the alcohol operations for a large retail group in Thailand.
